Il brand austriaco da sempre ha a cuore la sostenibilità ed è per questa ragione ha deciso di sposare il progetto Isola Design District 2018, con focus sui materiali, esponendo l’innovativa collezione Sigmund & Carl, le cui componenti in polimero sono ottenute per il 65% dalle piante di ricino e la produzione avviene usando una sofisticata tecnologia ad iniezione che elimina gli scarti.
La Special Edition Sigmund & Carl prende il nome dai due psicanalisti Sigmund Freud e Carl Jung che hanno vissuto a lungo a Vienna. Entrambi amavano gli occhiali tondi, uno in metallo e l’altro in polimero. Il modello dal design ricercato Sigmund & Carl fonde i due stili: è realizzato con lo speciale polimero eco friendly Natural px e con l’acciaio inossidabile. During Milan Design Week 2018, neubau eyewear, the independent eyewear brand, invite you to the event dedicated to their collection Sigmund & Carl Special Edition, with photo booth and free beer!
The Austrian brand has always had a focus on sustainability and that’s why it decided to join Isola Design District 2018’s project, with particular attention to materials, exposing the innovative Sigmund & Carl collection, produced with the special polymer Natural px, obtained for 65% from castor oil plant. This polymer is worked with an injection technique that eliminates waste.
Special ed. Sigmund & Carl takes its name from the two psycanalists Sigmund Freud & Carl Jung.
